Principle 01
Every AI alert rule is reviewed by a practising physician before it goes live. No 'maybe this is a useful insight' — either a cardiologist says this pattern matters, or we don't ship it. We'd rather be late than wrong.
Principle 02
Every feature starts in a conversation with a family or an ALF administrator already using something — spreadsheets, paper charts, WhatsApp groups. We ship in weeks, sit with them using it, and rework. Each customer is named and reachable.
Principle 03
Tamil, Hindi, Telugu, English, and mixed Tanglish are defaults today — with a roadmap of languages for wherever the family is. The product works with Apollo, Fortis, Manipal, and AIIMS paperwork, with US-based family doctors and partner facilities, and is ready to extend to hospital systems in any market we land in. India's aging wave is our starting point, not our boundary.
Two business models, same product. Assisted-living facilities will pay a per-resident monthly fee that includes onboarding, staff training, and quarterly clinical review. Individual families will pay a flat monthly subscription with a free trial. We’re still finalising the numbers with private-preview partners — write to us if you’d like to be part of that conversation.
Private preview, summer 2026 release. Friends and family have been testing ANSR with us for months. We’re onboarding facilities and individual families into the private preview now; general release is targeted for summer 2026.
What we will never do: sell your data, share it with insurers, run ads, charge per alert, or lock clinical summaries behind a higher tier. The product is either worth paying for, or it isn’t.
